Meet Baby Sophia

Yuri and Silvano Anastasi’s baby girl Sophia was born around noon today at 12:41 at Hoag Hospital. Sophia clocked it at 8 pounds and 3 ounces putting her roughly in between Saya (7 lbs) and Mika (10 lbs) in terms of weight. Mother and baby are doing well at resting at the hospital with Silvano. Here are a few pictures I took during a short visit.

Mika Breakfast at Disneyland Hotel

We have breakfast at Downtown Disney at Goofey’s Cafe inside of Disneyland hotel this morning. It is Mika’s first birthday on Monday so we decided to celebrate the event on Saturday morning instead. Everyone had a good time and we got to see some of the Disney characters at our table. Here are about 25 pictures of all three girls in various poses.

Arroyo Grande Visit

The twins got to drive up to Arroyo Grande this past weekend and spent the night with Grandpa Tom and Grandma Ann. They thought that was great fun and both behaved very well. Unfortunately I screwed up the settings on a bunch of pictures but here are the ones that survived the trip. There are many pictures of Kaya and Earl the cat. They become very good friends during the visit. Saya was happy to hold hands and walk with Grandma and Grandpa.

First Trick or Treat

All three girls got to wear their costumes one more time for Halloween. We went around the neighborhood to a half dozen homes of friends. Kaya and Saya got to say “Trick or Treat!” for the first time. Mika came along for the ride and had fun. Saya said the moon was “spooky” tonight. Here are some of the pictures.

Halloween Parade

Here are about 40 pictures of the kids from a Halloween Parade at school today where everyone dressed up in their costume and paraded in front of the school. Mostly the pictures are of Kaya and Saya. Mika did not like her costume very much and did not have it on for long. She just wanted to be held. Also after the parade there were snacks and drinks for everyone. Below the pictures is a one minute video of the parade as well.

Mika 11 Month Videos

Here are a couple of short videos of Mika. Hard to believe that she will soon be one year old? The first video of her is eating in the high chair and shaking her head side to side. She likes to do that when she is in a good mood and interacting with her server. The second video is a typical Mika walk around the house in the morning when she is a little busy body.
